Skytrak Licensing error message in E6 1.6

Skytrak Licensing error message
If you are seeing this error message when launching E6 it could be do to missing the “ Game Improvement Package, E6Golf in not authorized to use this hardware. Please contact your hardware vendor.” required by Skytrak.



When E6 is loading it is verifying authorizations for the software and the Skytrak device. When E6 is not able to obtain the authorization from the Skytrak device this message is prompted.

To verify this you will need to:

  • Exit the E6 software
  • Launch the Skytrak software
  • You might see the following error messages indicating that “ Your Licensee Has Expired, Renew your license subscription features are disabled”


Or “ An Upgrade Is Required, you must upgrade to the Premium Package in order to access this area of the software”




  • If no message is seen you will want to try and click on the “ Game Improvement Package” . If it is not clickable this indicates there is an issue with the authorization.

To resolve any of the following ,you will need to contact Skytrak to resolve this issue further.
