Not Authorized (E6 CONNECT) for Skytrak

SYMPTOM
Your SkyTrak device is not authorized for use with E6 CONNECT
“Your SkyTrak device is not authorized for use with E6 CONNECT. Please contact SkyTrak support to authorize your device”



Verify your SkyTrak and E6 CONNECT Licenses are compatible

FIRST

You can see your E6 CONNECT License in SETTINGS > INFO & HELP > ABOUT



SECOND
You can see what your SkyTrak is licensed for in: SETTINGS > SIMULATOR > TRACKING SYSTEM > SKYTRAK > CONFIGURE



FINALLY
SkyTrak Licensing and E6 CONNECT Licensing MUST MATCH for your SkyTrak device to work with E6 CONNECT

In this example, E6 CONNECT is authorized for an EXPANDED SUBSCRIPTION
But the SkyTrak is authorized for a PC Purchase.
These are NOT the same, so the SkyTrak will NOT authorize for Play.



If you find yourself in this situation...Contract your SkyTrak representative/support.
