The Problem:
The Play Button is Gray and not Clickable
Warning If this is a demo version of E6 you must contact SkyTrak to get the device authorized for the E6 demo use.
You have everything installed…What you need to do to ensure everything is connected and ready for play
Verify your SkyTrak is ready to connect to E6Golf Follow these Steps:
• Turn on your PC (Be sure you are not running E6Golf)
• Turn on your SkyTrak Device
• Launch the SkyTrak Dashboard Application
• Make sure your SkyTrak is up to date* (Check information top-right near profile in Dashboard)
• Make sure you have access to GAME IMPROVEMENT in Skytrak Dashboard
• Take a couple of shots in Dashboard to ensure the device is working.
• EXIT the SkyTrak Dashboard Application (required)
• Ensure you have an internet connection by opening a web browser and browsing to a random website.
• Launch E6Golf as the Administrator. (Right click on the E6 Icon and select “Run As Administrator”.)
It can sometimes take SkyTrak a moment to connect with E6, give it a minute if the Play button doesn’t become available
Provide SkyTrak with this message:
"It appears that a security flag needed for E6 authorization has not been checked.
Please verify the authorization and check the necessary flags."
If you installed the game from UPDATE rather than the FULL INSTALLER, your courses may not have downloaded and may not yet be available.
• Check for Downloading by select from the Main Menu: OTHER > E6 INFO
• If the game is downloading content, allow it to complete (you must be in game for download)
• Once complete, Exit the game to install the downloaded content
