Issue: Some user may report Apogee Voice Commands are not responding.
Resolution:
Always inspect the microphone on the unit for physical obstruction.
Have users test voice command up close standing under the unit.
If possible try different user voices to see if the unit responds.
Method 1:
- Open Apogee Intelligent Dashboard (AID)
- Go into Tools and toggle Voice Assistant off and on.

- Reboot Apogee.
Method 2:
- Open E6Connect
- Go into Settings>Simulator>Tracking Systems>Apogee and click on the blue configuration button at the lower right.

- Toggle voice commands off and and, reboot Apogee.
Method 3:
- Open up AID
- Go into Tools
- Downgrade to a lower firmware through AID
*Note: Do not go below .50 version (as that may impact the sound controller in Apogee) then upgrade back to the current version.
- Reboot Apogee. See the KB (How to update Apogee Firmware and Intelligent Dashboard) for instructions.
If these steps do not resolve the issue contact support.
