If you are experiencing an E6 crash after a shot has been taken on your Visual Sports system it may be due to one the following.

• Cameras are not being detected because they are not turned on or plugged in.
• A faulty Cat 5 cable.

*Note*- Please confirm that the visual sports system is properly functioning outside of the E6 software before moving forward.
