Updating Element 6 (E6) from within the Program

Power on the computer that has E6 installed on it

Make sure you have a reliable internet connection

  • Right click on the E6 icon (Shortcut on the desktop)
  • Select “Run as administrator”

  • When E6 opens to the home screen you will need to go to the update feature found in*

  • “Other”
  • “E6 Info” Select “Update”

Depending on your internet speed this may take some time. Allow the program to remain open while the update downloads. Once it is done it will tell you. Exit the program and it will prompt you to complete the update as normal.
