Please make sure you have a reliable internet connection because the updates we need to complete will run more smoothly and take less time. Below are a few troubleshooting steps in order to get your device tracking more accurately or to connect.
- Make sure the device powers on
- You’ll see blue, green, or red lights on the device if it has power
- Move to a working power source if you can’t get any indicating lights to turn on
- Make sure your software/firmware is up to date
- Check this from within the FlightScope software under the tool icon named “Advanced Settings” on the bottom right
- A tab at the top of the window will appear select “Help”
- From the help drop down tab select “Check for Updates…”
Be sure you have calibrated the device for accuracy
- Right click on the E6 icon and select “open file location”
- A new window will appear and you will need to scroll down until you find “FlightScopeSetupUtility”
- Double click application and set up your FlightScope
In the event that you are still unable to connect or get shots to register we will need you to contact FlightScope in order to resolve connectivity and misread issues.
