3|RETURN COMPONENTS We take hardware failures seriously. In an effort to help us understand where the point of failure occurred, we will need to diagnose your current equipment. Please replace your current components with the provided electronic replacements. Once the items have been swapped out, you will need to return your old components to TruGolf with the provided RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. Please return the components within 30 days of receiving the hero box to avoid automatic license deactivation. We understand the box may begin to appear used. In an ongoing effort to make more environmentally conscious business decisions, please reuse the box the replacement parts were sent in.
