Your TruGolf TruTrack system is reading Putts as Chips

Resolution:
Move the ball further back.
This is likely happening because of how you putt.
If the club head moves with the ball over the sensors, we detect a chip shot.
By moving the ball back, we will get better separation between the ball and club, and register the “Putt”
