Connecting the Trugolf Mini to PC

SYMPTOMS

  • Your TruGolf Mini is not connecting to your PC

Generally

  • Make sure the TG Mini is fully charged
  • Make sure Bluetooth is turned ON in your Windows Settings
  • Make sure NO items are paired to BlueTooth (and you will NOT pair the Mini--that’s not how it works)
  • Turn ON the TG Mini
  • Launch E6 CONNECT

If this doesn’t work, we need to look deeper

You can check the Adapter in the DEVICE MANAGER
It will appear as (Generic Bluetooth Radio)

If the device is not working
Disable and then Re-Enable the Device



NOTE: There are no drivers to load—it uses the generic drivers in Windows

2 different dongle types



Both dongles have a blue light.
The amount of light can change from delivery to delivery
Presumably…no light== not working.
