Symptom:
Ensure Battery Power: Verify that your TruGolf Mini sensor is fully charged.
Enable Bluetooth & Internet: Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device (iOS/Android) or PC, and ensure your device is connected to the internet.
Bluetooth Permissions: On iOS or Android, go to your device settings and make sure E6 Connect has permission to access Bluetooth.
Open the E6 Connect app/software and log into your account profile.
Power on your TruGolf Mini sensor by holding down the E6 button on the sensor for up to 5 seconds until the LED lights turn on.
The sensor will automatically scan and pair with E6 Connect in the background:
Flashing Side-to-Side White LEDs: Searching for E6 Connect.
Slow Flashing All-White LEDs: Successfully paired with E6 Connect!
If the sensor connects but you cannot access content, go to Settings > Licensing in E6 Connect.
Ensure your TruGolf Mini License is selected and bound to your device (if switching devices, you may need to tap Unbind on your old device first at portal.e6golf.com).
💡 Important Tips:
Do Not Pair in System Settings: Pairing the sensor directly in Windows/iOS Bluetooth settings can prevent E6 Connect from finding the sensor. Let the software handle it automatically.
Prevent Waggle: Keep the sensor completely still before swinging. It recalibrates prior to every shot, and quick movements will delay shot readiness.
