Trugolf Installers not installing Product Launcher, AID, or E6 Connect -Another instance is currently in Progress
Issue: Either new install or update the installer fails to install giving an error stating "Another installation is currently in Progress. You must complete that installation before continuing this one.
Resolution:
- Right click on the start button (or use CTRL-ALT-DELETE) and select task manager.
- For windows 10 user make sure more details is selected, and then click on the details tab. (See Image below)
- For Windows 11 users select the details icon on the left column (See Images below)
- Scroll down and find msiexec.exe and right click and choose end task.
- Then begin the installation as normal once again.
