If you are experiencing an issue related to shots not registering or registering poorly it may be due to the overhead light placement. This could affect the ball and club head shadow registration by the optical sensors.
- The Lighting in the room should be dim
- No additional overhead lights
- If using a dimmer switch make sure it is set to fully on.
Note: The end of the center stance mat that has a 5" margin between the outer edge and the center cutout should be the side touching the projector box cover.
• The Light Height should be measured from the top of the stance mat, to the bottom of the fixture. Our installations range from 81" to 120" (Too Low and you risk hitting the light--Too High and not enough light will reach the floor sensors)
• First make sure that your sensor board is center of the hitting screen.• The overhead light fixture should be just in front of the front edge of the sensor board.• The main focus of the light should be directed onto the middle and back rows of optical sensors.
