Shot registering backwards with TM in E6Golf 1.6

If you are seeing shots registering backwards it might be due to out of date Trackman firmware and or E6Golf software. You will need to check and update both if this is the case.
TrackMan Studio updates and/or firmware updates?
How to update Trackman firmware

  • Right click on the TPS icon and select open file location
  • Once open you will need to locate “updater”
  • Double click “updater” to run the application

How to update E6Golf software

  • Make sure you have the most current version at https://e6golf.com/update/
  • Find the 1.6 updater and select download
  • When this has completed downloading install the update

Once the program has updated you may still need to complete the firmware updates for TM3E or TM4 models. You can do this by going to http://trackmangolf.com/support under the FAQ section.

After the device is updated you will need to try and connect again.
