Misread Shots or Shots Not Tracking for TM in E6Golf 1.6

Please make sure you have a reliable internet connection because the updates we need to complete will run more smoothly and take less time. Below are a few troubleshooting steps in order to get your device tracking more accurately or to connect.

  • Is your TrackMan powered on?
  • Where the power cable plugs in you will see a green light
  • If you do not see a light make sure your power source is working

Have you completed your TrackMan Studio updates and/or firmware updates?

  • Right click on the TPS icon and select open file location
  • Once open you will need to locate “updater”
  • Double click “updater” to run the application

Is E6 updated to the most current version?

  • Make sure you have the most current version at https://e6golf.com/update/
  • Find the 1.6 updater and select download
  • When this has completed downloading install the update

Once the program has updated you may still need to complete the firmware updates for TM3E or TM4 models. You can do this by going to http://trackmangolf.com/support under the FAQ section.

*After the device is updated you will need to try and connect again. *
