E6 is unable to connect to the radar and retrieve the camera image for TM in E6golf 1.6
Trackman_Connection_Issues_and_Misreads.pdf Please make sure you have a reliable internet connection because the updates we need to complete will run more smoothly and take less time. Below are a few troubleshooting steps in order to get your device tracking more accurately or to connect.
Is your TrackMan powered on?
- Where the power cable plugs in you will see a green light
if you do not see a light make sure your power source is working
Have you completed your TrackMan Studio updates and/or firmware updates?
- Right click on the TPS icon and select open file location
- Once open you will need to locate “updater”
- Double click “updater” to run the application
Is E6 updated to the most current version?
- Make sure you have the most current version at https://trugolf.com/support/
- Find the 1.6 updater and select download
When this has completed downloading install the update - Once the program has updated you may still need to complete the firmware updates for TM3E or TM4 models. You can do this by going to http://trackmangolf.com/support under the FAQ section.
- After the device is updated you will need to try and connect again.
