Crashing when hitting Ball (Calibration Tool and/or Game) on TruFlight 2

Symptom:
The Calibration program, or E6 CONNECT crash immediately when hitting a ball.

Resolution 1 :
Run the program as an Administrator.
This is the easiest, and the first thing to try

  • Right Click on the Calibration tool and/or Game Icon
  • Select PROPERTIES
  • Select the COMPATIBILITY Tab
  • Select RUN THIS PROGRAM AS AN ADMINISTRATOR (near the bottom of the Tab
  • Select APPLY
  • Select OK

Do this for both Calibration and Game.

Resolution 2 :
More difficult, but may be necessary

  • Update Windows. You may have to do this several times to get fully updated. Keep checking and updating until there are no more updates to be had
  • Update your video card drivers.
  • Update E6 CONNECT
