How to install /Reinstall he custom build for TF2 SC

• Install the TruFlight 2 Software (current version: https://autoupdate.e6golf.com/utilities/TruFlight_2_Utilities_Drivers_1.3.0.1.exe)
• Do a Standard E6 CONNECT Installation (current version: https://autoupdate.e6golf.com/e6_connect/E6_Connect_1.10.7.1.exe)
• You MUST to Run E6 CONNECT Once –to ensure the Program Data folder is created (C:\ProgramData\E6Golf\E6Connect)
• You MUST Select a TruFlight 2 Camera System inside the Program (SETTINGS > SIMULATOR > TRACKING SYSTEM > TRUFLIGHT 2)

Download and install the Patch: New_Files_for_Single_TF2_Camera.zip
Contains 3 Folders (named)
• Copy Files to Where TruFlight2 XML is stored
o This Folder contains a new XML and a Table (for calculating loft)
o These need to be copied into: C:\ProgramData\E6Golf\E6Connect\Tracking\TruFlight2
• E6 Connect for TF2 SC 4.27.2022
o These files need to be copied into the game folder: C:\Program Files\E6 Golf\E6 Connect
(note: There is no definition on which exact files are required---only that all of them are copied)
• Replace TruFlight2ConfigUtility with this file
o This single application file is an update to the TF2 Config Utility
o File has a different EXE name (I don’t know why) and must be run instead of the existing EXE
o Copy into folder: C:\Program Files\TruGolf\TruFlight 2 Utilities\TruFlight2ConfigUtility
o Replace the desktop shortcut for the customer

  • Weve been told that its exactly the same, with the exception that you only calibrate a single Ball Camera *

Additional Notes:
• The E6 CONNECT build going out in May will NOT include this information
• This should be resolved (included) in the planned July E6 CONNECT Update (and presumably an update to the TF2 Calibration Utility?)
• This hasn’t been tested…but it’s possible the May Update Could Break new TF2 Single Camera Users.
(And they will need to go through the Patch Process again)

• Because this camera is not supported directly in E6 CONNECT…deletion of the E6 CONNECT Program Data subfolder (a common support solution to file corruption), will result in failure of the new TF2 Single Camera Solution.
