Putts aren't registering for Flightscope Mevo+

Symptom:

  1. Putts not registering from Flightscope device.
If putts aren’t registering with your Flightscope Mevo
A few things you will want to verify are:
  • Make sure that you have the proper angle set when putting. There is a RED “Simulator Angle” tool that comes with the Mevo that helps get you to the proper angle when putting as it is required.
  • The floor needs to be on continuous level so that the ball can be tracked by the Mevo when putting.
  • Flightscope Firmware is up to date.
