Product Key Has Already Been Redeemed

Symptom:
When attempting to redeem a product key in the E6 Portal, a message appears stating that the PRODUCT KEY HAS ALREADY BEEN REDEEMED as shown in image below.


Probable Causes:
  1. Product Keys can only be redeemed once to add the license to the users account.
  2. Product Key has been redeemed to a user account
  3. Product Key has expired
  4. If the key was received with a pre-owned device, the key is likely redeemed to the previous owners E6 account.
