Product Key Has Already Been Redeemed
Symptom:
When attempting to redeem a product key in the E6 Portal, a message appears stating that the PRODUCT KEY HAS ALREADY BEEN REDEEMED as shown in image below.
Probable Causes:
- Product Keys can only be redeemed once to add the license to the users account.
- Product Key has been redeemed to a user account
- Product Key has expired
- If the key was received with a pre-owned device, the key is likely redeemed to the previous owners E6 account.
If you feel there is an error with your product key that is not explained above, please contact customer support for assistance.
