SYMPTOMS:
MultiSport Game download (100%) but don’t install

Things to Check:
• Permissions:
Check the Permissions of this folder: C:\Program Files\E6 Product Launcher
Be sure to Grant Full Control
• Temporarily Disable any AntiVirus/Firewall

In more sever cases, we’ve had to manually Install the Games for a user---unable to determine why it wouldn’t work.
Process:
• Download the games in the Product Launcher
• Once Downloaded (100%) –leave the Product Launcher active and open File Explorer
• Copy the Game from the TEMP Folder to the Final Location (file location notes below)
• Test to ensure it’s working

Games are installed here: C:\Program Files\E6 Product Launcher\Products
(then sub-folder for: Baseball/Soccer/other)
• This is where games are downloaded
Temp File (download) is here: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\E6 Product Launcher\Products
(then sub-folder for: Baseball/Soccer/other)
Here is how the Product Launcher Install Works:
• Download all the game files individually
• When downloaded, it merely copies into the target location, and deletes the temp files.
