Missing Spin Data for Mevo

Symptom:

  1. Flightscope spin data missing in E6 Connect.
  2. E6 reporting 0 for Spin in E6 Connect.
If E6 does not receive both sidespin and backspin data, E6 will report a “0”.
This means 0 data is applied to the shot. Flightscope uses their own ball flight model and If a change needs to be made Flightscope will have to add it in the integration. We do not have control over this. Customers who are experiencing this should reach out to Flightscope for further assistance regarding this issue.
