Mini will not connect in iOS E6 CONNECT / Bluetooth for Trugolf Mini / HSS

Mini will not connect in iOS E6 CONNECT / Bluetooth for Trugolf Mini / HSS

Mini will not connect in E6 CONNECT
and if you can verify the device appears to be working.

The issue could be that:
A. Bluetooth is off
B. Bluetooth Privacy Setting

  • iOS allows the user to turn Bluetooth on/off for individual apps. If it’s OFF for E6 CONNECT, the user may not get any warning at all, but be unable to connect the device.

This Setting is Under SETTINGS > PRIVACY

1. To connect the Home Swing Device to the software, you first have to go into the ipad settings, and make sure that Bluetooth is turned On just like you see in this photo.

2. Once you have switched on the ipad’s Bluetooth, you will exit the settings menu
Note – that you do not connect the device in the Bluetooth menu like you normally would for other BlueTooth Devices.

3. Go back into the software, and into the main menu, you will click on the Blue Gears icon to enter the settings.

4. Click on the ‘Simulator’ tab on the left side of the Settings.
5. Then click on Tracking Systems in the middle of the screen.
6. Click on TruGolf Mini and once it is highlighted blue, Click the blue Configure button below the list.
Use the photo below with red arrows of what you will select from left to right.
