Symptoms:
Launch E6 Connect and log in.
Select Settings from the main menu.
Click on the Simulator tab on the left-hand sidebar.
Ensure your FlightScope (Mevo+, X3, etc.) is powered on and connected to your device via Wi-Fi.
In the "Tracking System" dropdown, ensure FlightScope is selected.
Click the Configure button.
In the FlightScope configuration window, look for the Mode or Environment dropdown menu:
Indoor: Use this if you have more than 12 feet of ball flight (distance from ball to screen).
Short Indoor: Use this if you have between 8 and 12 feet of ball flight. This is the most common setting for home simulators.
Outdoor: Use this only if you are at a driving range or hitting into an open field.
While in the Configuration menu, check these two critical settings to ensure the mode works accurately:
Tilt: Ensure your physical unit is tilted back at exactly 12°.
Tee Height: Enter the thickness of your hitting mat (e.g., 2 inches) if the FlightScope unit is sitting on the floor below the level of the mat.
Click OK or Accept to save your settings.
Start a practice session to verify that your shots are registering with the correct yardages.
Note: If you select "Indoor" but your space only allows for 8-10 feet of flight, you may experience "No Reads." Switching to Short Indoor usually fixes this immediately.
