Symptom:
E6 Connect features hardware-locked licenses. You must make sure your TruGolf account is properly bound to your WizGolf configuration:
Launch E6 Connect on your PC. If your profile does not automatically update, go to Settings > Info & Help > Simulator Binding, select Unbind, log back in, and choose your active WizGolf license profile.
Once the license is active, you can open up the hardware communication channel:
Power on your WizGolf tracking unit/simulator sensors.
Ensure any native WizGolf diagnostic or calibration apps running on your Windows computer are completely closed so they do not compete for data transmission.
Open E6 Connect and select Settings from the main dashboard.
Click on the Simulator tab.
In the Tracking System dropdown menu, select WizGolf.
Click the Configure button right next to the dropdown menu.
Set the Port: Ensure the connection port is mapped to the standard TruGolf hardware handshake default, which is 2483. If you are prompted for an IP address, ensure it targets the designated local host network address provided by your system documentation.
Click Accept. The status indicator box will turn Green, indicating that the software is successfully receiving data packets from the unit.
If the connection bar remains red or your swings are registered on the hardware but do not launch the ball in E6, Windows security is likely interrupting the stream:
Windows Firewall Permissions: Local data integrations are frequently blocked by default security protocols. Search your PC for "Allow an app through Windows Firewall" and make sure the checkboxes for E6Connect.exe are completely filled for Private networks.
Network Profile Verification: If your PC communicates with the WizGolf unit via a local network router or a dedicated Ethernet/Wi-Fi connection, check your Windows network properties and confirm that the connection profile is set to Private. If it is set to "Public," Windows will block incoming sensor data.
