To connect your VTrack Overhead Launch Monitor to E6 Connect, ensure that your VTrack unit is fully installed, connected to power, and communicating with your PC via its dedicated Ethernet cable.
Step-by-Step Connection Instructions
1. Set Up VTrack Toolkit (PC Bridge)
Launch the VTrackToolkit software on your PC.
Navigate to the Device / Network section to confirm the VTrack sensor is detected and properly connected to your PC.
Complete any necessary alignment or camera calibration procedures inside the VTrack software before proceeding.
2. Configure Tracking System in E6 Connect
Launch E6 Connect on your PC.
From the Main Menu, go to Settings.
Click on Simulator (or Tracking System).
Locate and select VTrack (or VTrack PC) from the list of available tracking devices.
Click Configure / Connect.
3. Verify System Connection
Once selected, E6 Connect will establish communication with the VTrack Toolkit service running in the background.
Verify that the indicator status inside E6 Connect shows Connected or Ready.
Step into the hitting area and take a practice shot to confirm that shot data (ball speed, launch angle, spin, etc.) successfully transfers into the E6 Connect software.
Troubleshooting Tips
Ensure Dual Software is Running: The VTrack Toolkit must be installed and running in the background for E6 Connect to recognize data from the unit.
Network Card: Ensure the CAT6 Ethernet cable from the VTrack unit is plugged directly into a dedicated Network Interface Card (NIC) on your PC, rather than an unmanaged router switch, for maximum data transfer speed.
App Update: Verify you are running an updated version of E6 Connect (version 1.15.0 or later), as earlier legacy builds may require an update to display VTrack natively in the Tracking System list.
