Symptom:
E6 Licensing: Verify that your E6 Connect license includes support for GSA Golf or "Standard/Expanded" third-party hardware.
Administrator Mode: Both the GSA Control Panel and E6 Connect should be set to "Run as Administrator" in Windows to ensure proper communication between the two programs.
Open the GSA Golf Control Panel.
Navigate to the Settings or Interface tab.
Select E6 Connect as your intended software.
Ensure the status shows that your cameras/sensors are active and calibrated.
Leave this window open. The GSA software must remain running in the background while you play E6.
Go to Settings (blue gear icon) > Simulator.
Under the Tracking System list, find and select GSA Golf (it may also be listed under GSA/V-Launch or Custom Tracking depending on your version).
Click Configure.
Verify the IP Address and Port. By default, GSA typically uses a local loopback address (127.0.0.1) and a specific port (often 2483). Ensure these match the values shown in the GSA Control Panel’s E6 interface settings.
Click Accept to save.
Hit a test shot. If the GSA Control Panel registers the ball flight but E6 does not, check your Windows Firewall to ensure it isn't blocking the local data transfer between the two apps.
Windows Defender: GSA integration scripts are often flagged by Windows. If the software won't launch, add an Exclusion for the GSA Golf folder in your Windows Security settings.
Resolution Mismatch: Ensure your PC's screen resolution is consistent between the GSA Control Panel and E6 Connect (e.g., both 1920x1080) to avoid alignment issues with the camera overlays.
