How to connect Ditect to E6 Golf 2026
1. Requirements & Network Setup
Ditect Golf Software: Ensure the latest version of the Ditect Golf software (such as the GolfX or Evolution series) is installed and calibrated.
Administrator Mode: You must run both the Ditect software and E6 Golf 2026 as an Administrator (right-click the desktop icon > Run as Administrator) to allow them to share data across your PC's ports.
Firewall Exceptions: Ensure that E6_2026.exe and your Ditect application are both allowed through the Windows Firewall for both Private and Public networks.
2. Prepare the Ditect Software
Before opening E6, the Ditect system must be in a "listening" or "output" mode.
Launch your Ditect control software.
Navigate to the Settings or External Interface menu.
Select E6 Connect / E6 Golf as the output target.
Note the IP Address (usually 127.0.0.1 if on the same PC) and the Port (default is typically 2483).
Leave the Ditect software running in the background.
3. Configure E6 Golf 2026
Launch E6 Golf 2026.
From the Main Lobby, click the E6 Icon (Global Menu) in the top-left corner.
Select Tracking Systems.
Scroll through the list and select Ditect.
Click Connect.
If prompted, verify that the Host IP and Port match exactly what was shown in the Ditect software.
Once the status indicator turns Green, the system is successfully linked.
4. Calibration & Hitting Zone
The "Ready" Signal: Ditect systems often have a physical LED indicator or an on-screen "Ball Found" icon. Ensure this is active before swinging.
Handedness: E6 Golf 2026 defaults to the player's profile settings. If you are switching between Left and Right-handed players, ensure the Ditect cameras are positioned to cover both hitting zones or that you have updated the "Handedness" in the E6 player menu.
Lighting: Since Ditect is an optical/camera system, ensuring your hitting area is brightly and evenly lit is the most important factor for preventing "no-reads."
Troubleshooting Tips
No Shot Data: if Ditect captures the shot but E6 does not, it is almost always a Port Conflict. Ensure no other simulator software (like GSPro or FSX) is running in the background, as they may be "hoarding" the connection port.
Laggy Feedback: E6 Golf 2026 is graphically intensive. If there is a long delay between impact and ball flight, go to Settings > Graphics and lower the quality to "Medium" to prioritize data processing speed.
