How to Cancel E6 PC Subscription

Step-by-Step Instructions: Canceling E6 Connect PC Subscription

  1. Log In to the E6 Portal:

    • Go to the official TruGolf portal at portal.e6golf.com

    • Sign in using the same account credentials associated with your E6 Connect software license.

  2. Access Account Subscriptions:

    • Click on your profile name/icon in the upper-right corner or select Licenses / Subscriptions from the dashboard menu.

  3. Locate Your Active PC Subscription:

    • Select your active PC subscription (e.g., Basic or Expanded Subscription).

  4. Cancel Auto-Renewal:

    • Click Cancel Subscription.

    • Confirm the cancellation request when prompted.

Important Subscription Rules

  • Access Duration:
    Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

  • Refund Policy:
    Paid subscription fees are non-refundable according to TruGolf's policy.
