Are you having problems with your Touch Screen Monitor?
(this applies to Desktop PCs and not Laptops)
Symptoms:

No Response to Touch/Finger Input. Touch Screen Not Working
Touch Screens generally have 3 cables:
The USB Cable runs between the Monitor and the PC and provided the Touch Screen functionality.
Check this USB Cable, if the image is working, then this is the likely issue for why your touch screen isn’t working.

Touch input isn’t responding to where you are touching. You have to press somewhere else to get a button to respond.
You will need to Re-Calibrate your Touch Screen.
Windows has tools built in to help with this.
Open the windows search bar by pressing the Windows Keys on the keyboard
Type “Calibrate the Screen for Pen or Touch Input”
Then you will be able to Calibrate form the “Tablet PC Settings: Display (Tab)”
Just follow the instructions it will provide.
