ES 20/20 Troubleshooting - E6 CONNECT
Symptom:
- Unable to connect your Ernest Sports 20/20 to E6 CONNECT
There isn’t much required to get the Ernest Sports 20/20 working with E6 CONNECT
- Make sure the 20/20 is powered
- Check the 20/20 calibration inside the Ernest Sports software..be sure it’s tracking shots
- Make sure you have closed the Ernest Sports Software before launching E6 CONNECT
- Select and Configure your Ernest Sports 20/20 in the application: SETTINGS > SIMULATOR > TRACKING SYSTEM > ERNEST SPORTS > CONFIGURE
- Enter the Device Name for your Ernest Sports 20/20. By default that is: ES2020
