Issue: You are certain that you have an E6 account, but the software will not
accept your password
If you are trying to use your login from E6 1.6, it will not work. You will need to create an E6 Portal account by going to portal.e6golf.com, and choosing ‘Sign Up’, or by clicking ‘Create’ from within E6 Connect when you first launch the software.

2. Enter the email associated with your E6 Portal account.
3. Once you have selected Send Password Reset, an email from noreply@e6golf.com will be sent. If you have not received the password reset email, please check the Spam/Junk folders.
5. A new page will populate. Here, you will enter your new password.
NOTE: If you had a license previously bound to your simulator, simply select 'Yes' when asked to Renew Previous License.
