How to Reset E6 Connect Password

Issue: You are certain that you have an E6 account, but the software will not accept your password


If you are trying to use your login from E6 1.6, it will not work. You will need to create an E6 Portal account by going to portal.e6golf.com, and choosing ‘Sign Up’, or by clicking ‘Create’ from within E6 Connect when you first launch the software.

Resetting your E6 account password:

 

Close out the E6 Connect software by selecting the 'X' icon located on the top right corner of the software.


1. Go to portal.e6golf.com. On the main page, select the red Forgot Password option.

 

 

2. Enter the email associated with your E6 Portal account.

 

 

 

3. Once you have selected Send Password Reset, an email from noreply@e6golf.com will be sent. If you have not received the password reset email, please check the Spam/Junk folders.


4. Select the blue link located within the body of the email. 

 

 

5. A new page will populate. Here, you will enter your new password.

 

 

6. Relaunch E6 Connect and select 'Sign In'. You will enter the email address and the recently created password. 

 

NOTE: If you had a license previously bound to your simulator, simply select 'Yes' when asked to Renew Previous License.
