License is saying it is unbound, but may not be while in E6 Connect

License may have become unbound. Asks for you to log in, but may not actually be unbound.

  • You can click Ok when told that you license may have become unbound.

  • Enter your email on the next screen.

  • Enter your password. *If you cannot remember your password for your E6 Connect account, read the next three steps for instructions on how to do that.

How To Reset Your E6 Connect Password

  • Go to portal.e6golf.com to reset your password. Here is how to reset your Password:
  • To reset your password, you will first start by going to portal.e6golf.com, and clicking on ‘Forgot Password


  • Enter your E6 Connect e-mail, and then click the ‘Send Password Reset E-mail.’
    *Check Spam Folder if you don’t see the email right away. It is from “No Reply” It will look like this:

  • *In order to make sure that your new password is updated in E6 Connect, close the software, and reopen it.

  • Click Yes if told you may have been unbound.
  • Click Log In under Activate.

  • Enter your E6 Connect Email.

  • Enter Your Newly Created Password.

  • On the next Screen You are only going to see the Demo Mode License If this is the case, It is because your license is still under the Bound License Category



Click the Bound License Tab and then once you see your full license, click on it one time, then Click Activate



  • If asked to select your Tracking system/ Launch Monitor, select it from the list, and click next.

  • You are now back at the main menu, and bound to your full license.
