Symptom
You have unbound all licenses in the portal.e6golf.com ‘Licenses’ section, but are still bound to a demo license when launching E6 Connect
This can happen because someone else has logged into this machine and created a demo license under a different account. The easiest solution is to use the Windows Credential Manager to break all TruGolf Credentials, and then re-launch E6 Connect.
- Ensure that you are completely closed out of E6 Connect.
- Search for “Run”
* Copy and Paste “rundll32.exe keymgr.dll, KRShowKeyMgr” Example:
Click on all listings that say Trugolf or E6 ( the amount that you have can vary)
Remove each Trugolf credential, one at a time.
Once they have all been removed, you can now click ‘Close’ to exit.
Launch E6 Connect, and choose Log in under Activate
Follow the on screen prompts, until you are given the option to Activate your License
