When trying to update or Download a course file and experiencing:
- Failed Course file Update/Download
- Failed E6 CONNECT download
- Seeing a Archive integrity check failed error message
This error means the download failed.
To resolve this you need to verify two things:
- If using Microsoft Edge, make sure you are clicking the “save” option not run.
- Make sure that you have a solid connection and good speed for your internet.
