Apogee How to submit logs to Trugolf.

Symptoms:
You are have issues with your Apogee Launch Monitor. To help us improve we encourage both our technicians and customer to submit logs to TruGolf. This will be forwarded to support so we can reach out and address issue and concerns.


How to submit logs:
1. Open up AID (Apogee Intelligent Dashboard)
2. On the Main Menu click Support

3. Click on Submit Logs to TRUGOLF

4. Fill out the form, include your name, email phone number and a comment about the issue. Click send.

Note: If you are unable to access AID because the unit does not power on or because it not connecting to the Apogee unit please contact Support.
