Apogee Flashing Red Banner and Strobes Flashing
Symptoms:
The Apogee Logo banner may show red and even flash on and off. This can also show the IR circuits boards flashing on and off. This will likely occur during calibration during the alignment phase. You may also see the cameras showing black with no image and red x's

Steps to resolve:
- Power cycle Apogee by turning off the unit for 30-60 seconds and turn it back on.
- Check firmware and AID Versions. If not current, update to latest available versions (https://trugolf.com/pages/support)
- If AID and firmware are currently up to date, try downgrading to both a lower version of firmware and AID. (*Note: the latest version AID will detect that you are on a lower version of firmware and force you to update to the the current version again. If that happens, use task manager in windows to close AID and then download a lower version of AID. You may need supports help to do this correctly).
If none of these steps resolve contact support.
