Apogee fans showing red in Status

​Issue: Customer may report they are unable to use the apogee stating there is red banner up at the top and they (or hardware support) has check the status from the Apogee Intelligent Dashboard.)

When opening AID main Menu select Status.

When inside Status Fan issue fan can look like this:

Note: An Apogee when first booting up may show the fans red as part of it boot up cycle, make sure you are waiting long enough (1 min) to ensure the fans are staying red and its not false alarm.

Resolution: This is indicative of hardware failure.
While this may result in hardware replacement before doing so do the Following:
  1. Power cycle the unit (Turning on and off, Leaving off for 30-60 second, before turn it back on).
  2. Inspect the vents on the sides and back to see if the Fan's can be heard or seen spinning.
  3. Make note if you are seeing the temperature being excessively high
  4. Contact Trugolf support. Customer can find support through main dashboard window and click support. You can use the number and/or send in logs. Support will receive the logs and should follow up with contact.
