Apogee camera appears out focus (blurry)

Symptoms:
One of the two camera's will appear blurry or out of focus during the calibration stages. This is most likely to occur during the alignment phase of calibration, but can also happen during offset lighting stage. The Apogee may or may not pass calibration and exhibit lack of shot registration during play. 

Alignment focus:

Note: the offset camera here can be seen in contrast to the grid on the right image. The grid cannot be seen crisply or clearly.

Offset focus:

Note: The offset camera showing the ball, the ball even at higher gains the logo cannot be seen clearly and crisply. 

Resolution:
Turn the outer most lens/ring clockwise without opening the case, until it can be turn no further. If you find the camera lens/ring cannot be turned do not force it. Do not open the case to try to resolve. Contact support.
