Apogee 0 Degree Not ready
Issue: Shots aren't registering, ball is not detected, and error "0 Degree not ready" as shown below:
Resolution:
- The Apogee Tracking system is not selected
Note: this could be due to it's a first time install or new device has been installed due replacement.
- Launch E6Connect
- Open Settings
- Select Simulator
- Click on Tracking System
- Select Apogee, then configure, then connect and the device will connect and show up in the list.
- No Apogee selected
- Apogee Connected
